I’m a business school graduate with an international background, having studied and worked in culinary metropolises such as Paris, New York, Tokyo and Sydney.
In addition, I hold a certificate in interior design specializing in catering, and am a professional food photographer and videographer.

My culinary career has been enriched by a gastronomic world tour covering 70 countries.
I took cooking classes and discovered unique specialties in every corner of the globe, from Peru to New Zealand, via South Africa and Vietnam.
