🍕What a privilege to learn the art of pizza dough under Thierry’s expert eye, full of joy and good humor! 🍅With a real gift for telling stories around this passion for 🍕!

Inspired by this session, I created my signature pizza: a delicate combination of lardons 🥓, truffle (my obsession), savory scallops, melting mozzarella, parmesan shavings 🧀, parsley butter and fresh mushrooms from Martinique .🍄‍🟫
