My favorite place in Saint Martin!

Extra gourmet cuisine, I loved every dish and especially the signature dishes like the pan-fried foie gras lasagne. Oulala and that lobster bisque with the puff pastry, too good!

I’m more of a meat person, but the fish dishes had such bewitching titles that I fell for the sea side and wow!

It’s only open in the evenings, so make a reservation, because you absolutely must try its desserts. The salted butter caramel soufflĂ© was a killer.
