Welcome to a beautifully decorated seaside setting ☀️! I recommend starting this discovery with the signature fresh cocktail to quench your thirst, while having a nice note in the mouth for the rest🍹.

The menu consists of 3 starters, 2 salads 🥗, 4 dishes from the sea 🦐, 2 from the land and desserts of the day 🧁(not very sweet and very creative)! Added to this are the suggestions of the day. 🥘

Here’s what I was able to taste, and I’ll put hearts for my favorites 😍!

Starters
– giromon velouté, lambis tartare and parsley oil ❤️
– grilled octopus souskay, sweet chili, 4 spices and diced pineapple infused with old rum ❤️❤️
– yam puff pastry, aioli, smoked marlin, house mayonnaise ❤️❤️❤️

Dishes
– Caribbean-flavored sea bream, wild rice and passion sauce. Served with a palette of flavors: Cream of spinach, cream of celeriac, roasted bell pepper coulis, green papaya with sesame oil. ❤️
– dish of the day: grilled lambi with Creole sauce and French fries ❤️❤️
– gambas flambéed with old rum, yam risotto and strong juice (too good, I loved it) ❤️❤️❤️

Desserts
– Our ultimate favorite is the sweet spice crème brûlée and passion fruit coulis ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
– petit potager (signature dessert, I’ll let you be surprised)
– blanc manger coco revisited
– fruity sabayon and guava ice cream
