CHOCOLATE HEART BRIOCHE
I’m craving chocolate fudge brioche today!
I came up with this recipe idea a year ago after tasting @panade_paris ‘ brownantine: a chocolate bread filled with brownies.
I’ve adapted it to Martinique, replacing the puff pastry with brioche and the brownie with a chocolate fondant with PĂ©yi nougat chips.
I eat it with communion chocolate or chocolate milk jam.
