Roasted Giromon with oregano
Ingredients:
– 1 giromon
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper

– Preheat oven to 200°C
2. **Preparing the giromon**:
– Cut the giromon in half and remove the seeds. -Cut into 2 to 3 cm cubes. 3.

– In a large bowl, mix the giromon cubes with the olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
– If using garlic, peel and lightly crush the cloves before adding to the mixture.
4. **Cooking**:
– Spread the seasoned giromon cubes out on a baking tray lined with baking paper or in an ovenproof dish, ensuring that they are distributed in a single layer.
– Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, turning the cubes halfway through cooking, until the giromon is tender and golden-brown.
